In actuele versies van internetbrowsers als Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox en Safari kunt u makkelijk tekst vergroten met sneltoetsen.

In Windows doet u dat op uw toetsenbord:

  1. “Ctrl” vasthouden en tegelijkertijd op “+” drukken om te vergroten
  2. “Ctrl” vasthouden en tegelijkertijd op “-” drukken om te verkleinen

Op een Mac doet u dat op uw Mac toetsenbord:

  1. de “cmd” toets (appeltje) vasthouden en tegelijkertijd de “+” toets indrukken om te vergroten
  2. de “cmd” toets (appeltje) vasthouden en tegelijkertijd de “-” toets indrukken om te verkleinen

Your medical data is stored in the information system of your healthcare provider. This all information concerning your health that your healthcare provider records about you. Such as your ailments and illnesses, your medicines and test results. That system also keeps track whether you have given permission for the exchange of your medical data. Volgjezorg only shows whether your data has been exchanged with other healthcare providers, when that happened and with whom. Volgjezorg cannot make changes to the information system of the healthcare provider. Only the healthcare provider can do that.

Volgjezorg is a website for anyone who (regularly) visits a healthcare provides, such as a GP, pharmacy or medical specialist. On Volgjezorg you can arrange your permission for the exchange of your medical data by your healthcare providers. They do this through the specially developed and secured National Exchange Point (LSP). You can also follow what happens to your data through the National Exchange Point on Volgjezorg: who shares which types of data, who viewed them and when. If your data is viewed, you can even receive a notification. This way you are always aware of what happens to your medical data.

Volgjezorg is a website for anyone who uses the Dutch healthcare system and visits healthcare providers like a GP, pharmacy or medical specialist. On Volgjezorg, you can control your permission for the exchange of your medical data by your healthcare providers. They can share your data through the specially developed and secured National Exchange Point (LSP). On Volgjezorg you can track what happens to your data through the National Switching Point. You can see which data are available, who has accessed them, and when. If your data is accessed you can even get a notification. This way you are always informed.

Volgjezorg is part of VZVZ, the Association of Healthcare Providers for Healthcare Communication. VZVZ is responsible for the exchange of medical data through the National Exchange Point (LSP). See www.vzvz.nl for more information.
